The one bedroom luxury attics with terrace are next door to our office in Okendo 5.
With luxury fittings and a lovely decoration, they have one bedroom, living area with sofabed, integrated kitchen and a small terrace with seating space outside.
The apartments are located on the top floor of a building originally designed for office use in the centre of San Sebastian.
Entry to the building requires climbing a staircase comprising 10 steps which means that there is unfortunately no disabled access. However, once up these ten steps there is a lift to all floors.
The location of the building is second to none - a stones throw from the María Cristina Hotel, the most luxurious in all the San Sebastian which plays host to the visiting stars during the annual San Sebastian film festival.
From its central location, the apartment is within reasonable distance of any part of the city.
